JOB TITLE: Process and Automation Engineers - Pharmaceutical
LOCATION: Raleigh - Durham area, North Carolina

Seeking process engineers and automation/controls engineers for two Raleigh area pharmaceutical manufacturing companies. Looking for two profiles of controls pros. Both will need to be degreed engineers from accredited engineering programs. Ideally will have a strong understanding of PLC controls and SCADA (iFix) in addition to troubleshooting skills on highly automated production equipment. Will be involved with both projects and day to day support of automated systems. The second profile we are seeking will be for batch bio-processing utilizing Emerson Delta V DCS controls systems as well as Rockwell PLCs. Also will be hands-on and involved with both projects and day to day support of highyl automated process equipment.
Also seekging Chemical engineers with batch bio-processing experience to support day to day process operations within a biotech fmanufacturing facility.
The second profile of process engineers we are seeking is for those with a desired focus areas in filling, and inspection. Requires experience in automated equipment troubleshooting. Solid mechanical understanding is also good.
Another area is root cause analysis and demonstrated structured problem solving experience. This second profile is within a sterile aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is not required for this although hands-on manufacturing equipment support skills from a manufacturing environment are required. These are not a management positions although promotional opportunities will be vailable long term.
Must have accredited four year engineering degree.
